Damian Lewis is going on a new 2024 UK tour with his band in support of his upcoming second album.

Lewis, who launched his widely praised debut album ‘Mission Creep’ last summer, will kick off his new tour dates on 8th March at the Trading Boundaries venue in East Sussex. He will then perform in Southend, Watford, Oxford, Stroud, Poole, and Norwich, concluding at The Junction in Cambridge on 28th March.

Supported again by his exceptional band, Lewis’ new tour dates come on the heels of his first ever tour, which took place last autumn and received glowing reviews.

Anticipating his upcoming tour, Lewis commented, “Dry January at home? You’ll be itching for some live music by March. I’m here to help. Me and the band are hitting the road again in March for The Mission Creep Tour Part 2. Can’t wait. Come!”

Lewis has also shared that work is progressing on the sequel to Mission Creep. He stated, “I’ll be playing my album Mission Creep, sure, but also sneaking in songs from my second album which will be out later this year. That’s right: new year, new pants, new songs. See you there.”

Lewis first announced his intention to record and release his debut album back in 2022. He performed sold-out shows across London and appeared at Wilderness and Black Deer Festival, earning praise from The Times and The Telegraph. He then entered the recording studio to add final touches to Mission Creep.

Lewis composed all the original songs on the album during the first lockdown of the pandemic. This continued a journey that began when Lewis, after leaving school, travelled through continental Europe busking with his guitar. This experience has deeply influenced him and is evident in the album.

While Lewis’ acting career took precedence, he never ceased playing music, often performing at wrap parties with a temporary band. The lockdown provided him with the time and space to focus on playing and songwriting. With the maturity and experience gained from a colourful life, his creative ideas flourished.
