Violent delights have violent ends.

Tom Holland is Romeo in Jamie Lloyd’s pulsating new vision of Shakespeare’s immortal tale of wordsmiths, rhymers, lovers and fighters.

Tom Holland (Romeo) is joined by Francesca Amewudah-Rivers as Juliet. Freema Agyeman (Nurse), Michael Balogun (Friar), Tomiwa Edun (Capulet), Mia Jerome (Montague), Daniel Quinn-Toye (Paris), Ray Sesay (Tybalt), Nima Taleghani (Benvolio), Joshua-Alexander Williams (Mercutio) and Callum Heinrich and Kody Mortimer (Camera Operators) complete the cast.

The Jamie Lloyd Company also continues its commitment to accessibility, offering 10,000 tickets priced at £25 and under, with 5,000 of these exclusively for under 30s, key workers and those receiving government benefits. These seats will be on sale from Wednesday 10 April at 10am.

The production team includes Nima Taleghani overseeing text editing, Soutra Gilmour in charge of set and costume design, Jon Clark handling lighting design, Ben and Max Ringham working on sound design, Nathan Amzi and Joe Ransom responsible for video design and cinematography, and Michael ‘Mikey J’ Asante as composer. Stuart Burt CDG leads casting, with movement direction by Sarah Golding & Yukiko Masui (SAY). Ingrid Mackinnon is the intimacy coordinator, Jonathan Glew acts as associate director, and Rachel Wingate is the associate designer, ensuring a well-rounded and engaging production.
