The magical tale tells the story of a prince, cursed to live as a terrifying monster until he finds true love, and a village girl called Belle, who draws the cold-hearted beast out of his isolation.

As usual a talented cast will be bringing the magical tale to the stage this festive season.
Starring in this year’s show will be North East Queen of Comedy, the fabulous Miss Rory (Boulevard) as Rorina La Plonk and local comic Tom Whalley as Louis La Plonk.
Joining them will be star of Emmerdale and Ackley Bridge, Charlie Hardwick as Fairy Bon Bon, Channel 5 Milkshake! presenter Olivia Birchenough as Belle and West End star Samuel Wyn-Morris (Les Misérables) as the monstrous Beast.
