Set in a West End theatre, Ushers: The Front of House Musical takes us through a day in the life of the theatre’s most enthusiastic crew—the front of house staff. These ice-cream and programme sellers, full of dreams and drama, bring to life the funny, absurd, and touching tales of their everyday work.
The story unfolds on the night of a preview for a new jukebox musical. Amidst the excitement, a three-year workplace romance teeters on the brink of collapse, a newcomer faces her very first shift without any training, and the love-struck manager is caught between a rock and a hard place, trying to reduce expenses. With so much at stake, everything that can go wrong, just might.
