Birmingham Hippodrome’s 2023 pantomime Jack and the Beanstalk is on its way – here’s how to get tickets.
Birmingham’s very own Alison Hammond will be starring alongside Hippodrome favourite Matt Slack returning for his 10th year.
The cast will also feature star of stage and screen Samantha Womack, Doreen Tipton as Doreen the Cow, panto dame extraordinaire Andrew Ryan and Brummie local Alexanda O’Reilly in the title role.
Jack and the Beanstalk tells the story of poor country boy Jack who trades his family cow in for a handful of magic beans, which grow into a beanstalk leading to a giant’s castle.
Alison Hammond said: “It’s no secret that I love panto and I love Birmingham, so being able to be part of the legendary Birmingham Hippodrome pantomime is a dream come true!
“I’m super excited that I’ll be starring in Jack and the Beanstalk later this year alongside the hilarious Matt, Doreen and Andrew.”
