Hit musical Everybody’s Talking About Jamie is heading out on the road with a new UK tour in 2023 and 2024.
Inspired by a true story, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie has proved a hit on the West End ever since opening in 2017. Now its back to tour across the UK, with new dates confirmed for 2023.
Everybody’s Talking About Jamie tells the story of Jamie New, a sixteen-year-old who lives on a council estate in Sheffield. Jamie doesn’t quite fit in. Jamie is terrified about the future. He is going to be a sensation.
Supported by his brilliant loving mum and surrounded by his friends, Jamie overcomes prejudice, beats the bullies and steps out of the darkness, into the spotlight.

John Partridge plays Hugo / Loco Chanelle from 7 September – 11 November 2023 and 8 January – 23 March 2024. Darren Day plays Hugo/Loco Chanelle from 21 November – 30 December 2023. Kevin Clifton plays Hugo / Loco Chanelle from 25 March – 15 July 2024.
Hayley Tamaddon plays Miss Hedge from 7 September – 26 November 2023, Harriet Payne plays Miss Hedge from 28 November – 30 December 2023, Giovanna Fletcher plays Miss Hedge from 8 January – 23 March 2024, and Sam Bailey plays Miss Hedge from 25 March – 15 July 2024.
