Come From Away is going on the road for its first ever UK tour in 2024 – here’s all you need to know.
Fresh from its recent hit run in the West End, the powerful and uplifting musical will visit venues across the UK.
The show unfolds the poignant true account of approximately 7,000 airline passengers stranded in a remote area of Canada following the tragic events of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. It also sheds light on the warm embrace of a small Newfoundland town that extended its hospitality to these “come from aways,” welcoming them into their close-knit community.

Come From Away is written on Irene Sankoff and David Hein and proved a huge hit on Broadway before it opened in the West End at the start of 2019.
The production is directed by Christopher Ashley with scene design by Beowulf Boritt, costume design by Toni-Leslie James, lighting design by Howell Binkley, sound design by Gareth Owen, and orchestrations by August Eriksmoen.
