Aimie Atkinson and Danny Mac to lead Pretty Woman Musical cast in London’s West End
Aimie Atkinson and Danny Mac will lead the cast of Pretty Woman: The Musical in London’s West End.
The stage adaption of the iconic film will transfer from Broadway next year with tickets on sale now.
Directed by Jerry Mitchell (Kinky Boots, Legally Blonde), Pretty Woman: The Musical will play at the Piccadilly Theatre for a limited season from Valentine’s Day – 14 February 2020 – through to 2 January 2021.
Aimie Atkinson and Danny Mac will play the lead roles of Vivian and Edward Lewis.
Atkinson recently made a name for herself as Katherine Howard in SIX while Mac, whose past stage credits include Wicked and Sunset Boulevard, is currently appearing in White Christmas at the Dominion Theatre.

Pretty Woman tells the story of the unlikely relationship between wealthy businessman Edward Lewis who hires down-on-her-luck Hollywood prostitute Vivian Ward as an escort while on a business trip to LA.
The musical adaption features music and lyrics by Bryan Adams and Jim Vallance with a book from Garry Marshall and JF Lawton, who wrote the original film screenplay.
