Ben Platt solo concert available to watch online via Netflix

Ben Platt has released his solo concert on streaming service Netflix.

The Tony Award-winner, who originated the title role in Dear Evan Hansen on Broadway, has shared a recording of his show at New York’s Radio City Music Hall filmed last September.

The concert was released globally on Netflix on May 20 – you can watch it on Netflix UK here.

He wrote on Twitter: “In September I had one of the most wonderful nights of my life. Now I get to share it with everyone on May 20th thanks to @Netflix

“Can’t wait to bring some music & laughter and hopefully help you forget your worries for a moment.”

Alongside his star turn in Dear Evan Hansen, Ben Platt’s credits include the Broadway production of The Book of Mormon as well as the Pitch Perfect films and Netflix series The Politician.

Platt’s concert followed the release of his debut album Sing To Me Instead.
