Cast confirmed for Watermill Theatre’s Camelot with an extended run

The full cast has been confirmed for Watermill Theatre’s concert production of Camelot.

The show will run outside in The Watermill Theatre’s beautiful gardens from August 17.

Originally running to August 29, booking has now been extended to September 5.

The cast will feature Marc Antolin (Lancelot), Peter Dukes (Mordred), Damien James (Ensemble), Michael Jibson (King Arthur), Emma Jane Morton (Ensemble), Chioma Uma (Tom), Sioned Saunders (Ensemble), Tom Self (Musical Director/Dinadan), Caroline Sheen (Guenevere) and Tom Sowinski (Lionel).

A synopsis of the show shares: “Lose yourself in a world of knights and chivalry, royalty and romance in a spirit-lifting concert performance of Lerner and Loewe’s musical based on the legend of King Arthur, Guenevere and Lancelot.

“From the writers of My Fair Lady, enjoy classic songs including ‘If Ever I Would Leave You’, ‘How To Handle A Woman’, ‘The Lusty Month of May’ and ‘Camelot’.”

Booking for the extended run will begin on Thursday, August 6 at 10AM with tickets available online from The Watermill Theatre website here.

The venue’s artistic director Paul Hart will direct with music supervision from Attwood, lighting design by Harry Armytage, sound design by Tom Marshall, and costume design by Emily Barratt, with Lucy Betts as associate director and Lawrence T Doyle as production manager.

Alongside Camelot, The Watermill Theatre is also running a production of The Hound of the Baskervilles, extending the run to September 6.
