First look at new musical Why Am I So Single? from SIX creators

The creators of the smash hit Six are back with a brand new musical, Why Am I So Single?

We caught a first look performance at West End Live, and it’s safe to say the excitement is building.

This vibrant new show is set to open at the Garrick Theatre on 27 August 2024.

Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss have crafted a celebration of friendship and love, exploring how two fabulous friends could still be single.

The teaser promises a mix of humour and heart, asking the pressing question: why are these super cool, super interesting pals still unattached?

Adding to their woes, they also need to find a stellar topic for their next musical.

Jo Foster, Leesa Tulley, and Noah Thomas lead the cast, bringing star power from & Juliet, SIX, and Everybody’s Talking About Jamie respectively.

Lucy Moss directs, Ellen Kane choreographs, and Joe Beighton provides orchestrations and musical supervision.

Set design by Moi Tran, costume design by Max Johns, lighting by Jai Morjaria, and sound design by Paul Gatehouse round out the crew.

Why Am I So Single? was workshopped in 2023, and now it’s ready to dazzle West End audiences this summer.
