Full cast revealed for Bonnie & Clyde West End concert starring Jeremy Jordan
Full casting has been announced for a West End concert production of Bonnie and Clyde in 2022.
Jeremy Jordan will reprise his title role of Clyde from the show’s 2011 Broadway run for two performances at London’s Theatre Royal Drury Lane.
The piece will run on Monday, 17 January and Tuesday, 18 January 2022 at 7:30PM, produced by Fourth Wall Live. Tickets are on sale now here.
Olivier-nominee Frances Mayli McCann has been announced as Bonnie, taking over from the previously announced Laura Osnes who is no longer performing.
Joining the leading pair are West End stars including Olivier Award winner George Maguire as Buck, Natalie McQueen as Blanche, Trevor Dion Nicholas as Preacher and Liam Tamne as Ted.
Completing the company are Casey Al-Shaqsy as Stella, Simon Anthony as Cop/Bud/Archie/Deputy Johnson, Gillian Bevan as Cummie Barrow/Eleanor, Eloise Davies as Trish, Adrian Grove as Henry Barrow, Olivier Award nominee Debbie Kurup as Governor Miriam Ferguson, Matthew Malthouse as Bob Alcorn, Jeremy Secomb as Judge/Sheriff Schmid, Russell Wilcox as Captain Frank Hamer and Julie Yammanee as Emma Parker.
The concert is directed by Nick Winston with musical direction by Katy Richardson. The Assistant Director is Alexzandra Sarmiento, lighting designer is Zoe Spurr, set and costume designer is Philip Whitcomb, sound designer is Tom Marshall, production manager is Phil McCandlish, company stage manager is Graham Harrison, deputy stage manager is Anne Baxter, assistant stage manager is Tom Fisher, dialect coach is Charmian Hoare and children’s casting is by Keston and Keston.
The band is made up of Assistant Musical Director Chris Poon, Kate Ingram, Hannah Lawrance, Kobi Pham, Jack Pennifold, Zach Okonkwo, Elliot Lyte and Annie Blake.
Bonnie & Clyde features a book by Ivan Menchell, music by Frank Wildhorn and lyrics by Don Black. It tells the story of infamous ill-fated lovers and outlaws Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow from first meeting to their death by the police.
Featuring songs such as This World Will Remember Us and Dyin’ Ain’t So Bad, the show first premiered in 2009 at the La Jolla Playhouse in San Diego. A debut London production ran at The Other Palace in 2017 starring Jamie Muscato and Evelyn Hoskins in the title roles.
