Oliver Tompsett and Lucie Jones

Ghost The Musical is making a return to the West End for a one-night-only concert.

Mark your calendars for 1 October 2024 at 8PM, when Lucie Jones and Oliver Tompsett will take the stage at the Adelphi Theatre.

Lucie and Oliver will star as Molly and Sam in this special concert event. The original Associate Director Paul Warwick Griffin will helm the production, with musical supervision by Laurie Perkins.

Stay tuned for more casting and creative team announcements.

Ghost the Musical, which has both Tony and Olivier nominations, first premiered at Manchester’s Opera House in March 2011.

It made its West End debut at the Piccadilly Theatre in July 2011 before transferring to Broadway in 2012, where it received three Tony Award nominations.

Based on Bruce Joel Rubin’s 1990 Oscar-winning film, the concert will spotlight music from the Olivier and Tony-nominated show.

The score, written by six-time Grammy winner Glen Ballard and multi-Grammy winner Dave Stewart of Eurythmics, includes fan favourites like With You and the iconic Unchained Melody.

Ghost tells the haunting love story of Sam and Molly.

After Sam tragically loses his life, he becomes trapped between worlds, desperate to communicate with Molly and protect her from danger.

With the help of a dubious psychic, Oda Mae Brown, Sam tries to bridge the gap between life and the afterlife.

A separate production of the show is also on a UK tour.
