How to watch West End Live 2023 online this weekend

West End Live is back this weekend for 2023 – here’s how you can watch the event online!

Held every year in London’s iconic Trafalgar Square, West End Live is a free outdoor concert celebrating all things musical theatre.

The event features performances from the casts of the biggest West End and touring shows as well as new musicals in development.

For 2023, West End Live will take place on 17 and 18 June 2023.

While there’s no full live stream of the event, videos of all the individual performances will be uploaded throughout the day to watch online via the OfficialLondonTheatre YouTube channel.

If you looking to attend in person then the event is completely free and no ticket is required. Entry operated on a first come, first served basis. Further details are available from westendlive.co.uk

Hiba Elchikhe and Tim Mahendran will host the show on Saturday while Trevor Dion Nicholas and Rachel Tucker will oversee Sunday’s performances.

Casts appearing on West End Live 2023 this year include Ain’t Too Proud, Back to the Future The Musical, Tina – The Tina Turner Musical, Heathers The Musical, Six, The Time Traveller’s Wife: The Musical, Wicked, Cabaret, Hamilton, Les Miserables, A Strange Loop, Lizzie The Musical, Then, Now & Next, Rodger’s & Hammerstein’s Oklahoma and Babies.

Also performing across the two-day event are RSC’S Matilda The Musical, Grease The Musical, Moulin Rouge! The Musical, Operation Mincemeat, Disney’s Frozen and The Lion King, The Wizard of Oz, The SpongeBob Musical, Glory Ride, Jersey Boys, Death Note: The Musical, The Book Of Mormon, We Will Rock You, Mamma Mia, The Choir of Man and Magic Mike Live.
