New cast announced for Back to the Future: The Musical in West End
A new cast for Back to the Future: The Musical in the West End has been announced!
The hit show has also extended its run, now running until 27 July 2025 at London’s Adelphi Theatre.
Newcomer Vasco Emauz steps into the shoes of Marty McFly, marking his West End debut.
Orlando Gibbs takes on the role of George McFly, while C.J. Borger portrays Goldie Wilson and Marvin Berry.
Alex Runicles plays the villainous Biff Tannen, and Talia Palamathanan stars as Jennifer Parker.
Ellis Kirk joins as the alternate Marty McFly, and Liam McHugh appears as Dave McFly.
Joining the ensemble are Kofi Aidoo-Appiah, Billie Bowman, and Gracie Caine.
They are joined by returning cast members Cory English as ‘Doctor Emmett Brown’, Sarah Goggin as ‘Lorraine Baines’, Lee Ormsby as ‘Strickland’ and alternate ‘Doctor Emmett Brown’ and Patricia Wilkins as ‘Linda McFly’.
Also continuing are ensemble members, Ella Beaumont, Sia Dauda, Alexander Day, Helen Gulston, Matthew Ives, Connor Lewis, Adam Margilewski, Bryan Mottram, Anna Murray, Samuel Nicholas, Louis Quinn, Zachkiel Smith, Grace Swaby-Moore and Alexandra Wright
Since its debut in 2021, the musical has garnered numerous accolades, including Olivier, WhatsOnStage, and Broadway World Awards.
Following its London success, the show hit Broadway in 2023, and a North American tour is currently ongoing.
Japan is next to welcome the production in 2025.
