Full casting has been announced for the UK premiere of Next To Normal in London.
Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey’s Pulitzer Prize winning musical will run at the Donmar Warehouse.
Donmar Artistic Director Michael Longhurst directs the brand new production, which runs from 12 August – 7 October 2023.
The UK premiere will star Caissie Levy as Diana and Trevor Dion Nicholas as Dr. Madden/Dr. Fine.
Joining them are Jack Ofrecio, Olivier Award winner and Tony Award nominee Jamie Parker, Jack Wolfe and Olivier Award winner and BAFTA nominee Eleanor Worthington-Cox.
Completing the cast are understudies Joshua Gannon, Carolyn Maitland, Ben Morris and Lucy Munden.
The creative team will include musical supervisor Nigel Lilley, designer Chloe Lamford, lighting designer Lee Curran, sound designer Tony Gayle, movement director Ann Yee, musical director Nick Barstow and casting director Anna Cooper CDG.
Critically acclaimed Broadway musical Next to Normal is an intimate exploration of family and loss. At its heart is Diana Goodman, a suburban wife and mother living with bipolar disorder and haunted by her past.
