Platinum Party At The Palace to feature Six, Hamilton, The Lion King, Lin-Manuel Miranda & more

A host of musicals will perform at the Platinum Party At The Palace on BBC One in June.

Celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, the concert will take place on Saturday 4 June at Buckingham Palace.

It will air on TV on BBC One, stream online via iPlayer and also broadcast on BBC Radio 2 from 7:30PM.

The concert will celebrate a host of talent from the UK and across the commonwealth from the worlds of music and dance.

There will be performances from the guests of The Phantom Of The Opera, Hamilton, Six, The Lion King and Joseph And The Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat. Those set to perform include Jason Donovan, Killian Donnelley and Lucy St. Louis.

Andrew Lloyd Webber and Lin-Manuel Miranda will also make a special appearance as part of the celebration.

Other acts taking to the stage for the show include Queen + Adam Lambert, Alicia Keys, Hans Zimmer, Ella Eyre, Craig David, Mabel, Elbow and George Ezra, plus a specially recorded performance from Sir Elton John.

Joining them will be Diana Ross, giving her first UK live performance in 15 years, Duran Duran, Andrea Bocelli, Mimi Webb, Sam Ryder, Jax Jones, Celeste, Nile Rodgers, Sir Rod Stewart, Sigala and Britain’s Got Talent dance act Diversity.

There will also be appearances in-person and on film from Sir David Attenborough, Emma Raducanu, David Beckham, Stephen Fry, Dame Julie Andrews, The Royal Ballet, Ellie Simmonds.

Kirsty Young and Roman Kemp will host the concert.
