Featuring music and lyrics by John Kander and Fred Ebb with a book by Joe Masteroff, Cabaret has proved a hit ever since its premieres on Broadway and in London’s West End in the 1960s.

Set in the 1930s Berlin, the musical tells the story of the seedy Kit Kat Klub and the relationship between American writer Cliff Bradshaw and English cabaret performer Sally Bowles.

Winning a record-breaking seven Olivier Awards including Best Musical Revival, this intimate and electrifying new production of CABARET is London’s hottest ticket. Welcome to the Kit Kat Club.

Cabaret opened at London’s Playhouse Theatre from 15 November 2021 currently booking to February 2025.

The current Cabaret cast sees star of the Netflix smash hit series Heartstopper Rhea Norwood playing Sally Bowles and Everybody’s Talking About Jamie and Bad Education star Layton Williams as The Emcee. They are joined by Sally Ann Triplett as Fraulein Schneider and Fenton Gray as Herr Schultz.

Rhea Norwood and Layton Williams will play the roles until Saturday 21 September 2024.

The production is directed by Rebecca Frecknall with design by Tom Scutt, choreography by Julia Cheng, musical supervision and direction by Jennifer Whyte, lighting design by Isabella Byrd, sound design by Nick Lidster, casting director Stuart Burt and associate director Jordan Fein.
