Fresh from the West End, the classic musical features new music from Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice, as well as iconic songs from the original MGM film.

Featuring the iconic original score from the Oscar-winning MGM film, including Over The Rainbow, Follow The Yellow Brick Road and We’re Off To See the Wizard – with additional songs from Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice – this spectacular production will be a magical experience for all the family.

Meet the cast and team!

The Vivienne is scheduled to appear as the Wicked Witch at Oxford, Southampton, Hull, Sheffield, Canterbury, Edinburgh, Southend, Norwich, Llandudno, Braford, Bristol, Nottingham, Newcastle, Manchester, Wimbledon, Wolverhampton and Sunderland.

Craig Revel Horwood will star as the Wicked Witch in Woking, Belfast, Dublin, Birmingham, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Milton Keynes and Cardiff.

Gary Wilmot will perform as The Wizard in Canterbury, Edinburgh, Southend, Norwich, Wimbledon, Llandudno and Bradford.

Aston Merrygold will perform as the Tin Man in Liverpool, Bristol, Manchester, Birmingham and Cardiff.

Plus, Jason Manford is scheduled to to perform as the Cowardly Lion in Manchester, reprising his role from the West End.

Joining them are Aviva Tulley as Dorothy, Benjamin Yates as The Scarecrow, Nic Greenshields as The Cowardly Lion, Alex Bourne and Allan Stewart as The Wizard (at select dates), Emily Bull as Glinda The Good Witch and Abigail Matthews as Toto.

The cast is completed David Burrows, Adam Craig, Cole Dunn, Tyler Ephraim, Olivia Kate Holding, Thomas Kalek, Sadie Levett, Kelsie-Rae Marshall, Martin McCarthy, Rose Ouellette, Fanja Parent, Alexandra Regan, Nathan Routledge and Sydney Spencer.

The production is directed by Nikolai Foster (Billy Elliot The Musical, A Chorus Line) with choreography by Shay Barclay, set design by Colin Richmond, projection design by Douglas O’Connell, costume and puppet design by Rachael Canning, lighting design by Ben Cracknell and sound design by Adam Fisher. Creative consultant is Mark Kaufman, musical director and musical supervisor is George Dyer, casting director is Kay Magson CDG, props supervisor is Marcus Hall Props, and wigs, hair and makeup design is by Elizabeth Marini.
