The Producers revival to open in London this winter

The Producers title

The Menier Chocolate Factory has announced a major revival of Mel Brooks’ musical adaptation of The Producers.

With music and lyrics by Mel and a book by Mel and Thomas Meehan, this show is set to be a must-see.

Directed by the Tony Award-winning Patrick Marber, who is making a return to the venue, this production promises to be a hit.

The laugh-out-loud production opens on 9 December, with previews starting from 26 November, and runs until 1 March 2025.

The Producers is based on the cult classic film of the same name.

The original Broadway production won an impressive twelve Tony Awards, making it the all-time record holder for the most Tony Awards ever given to a musical.

The show is known for its bold and unapologetic humour, skewering Broadway traditions and taking no prisoners.

For those eager to secure their seats, joining the Menier Chocolate Factory’s supporter’s scheme will grant you priority booking.

Further information about on sale dates and casting will be announced shortly.
