Jodie Comer wants to star in a musical following West End debut in Prima Facie

Jodie Comer has revealed hopes of starring in a musical ahead of making her Broadway debut.

The Killing Eve star will soon appear in Prima Facie in New York, the acclaimed one-woman-play by Suzie Miller which transfers from London’s West End.

And following her success in the production, Comer has shared ambitions of returning to the stage soon in a musical.

Speaking at the WhatsOnStage Awards, where she picked up the gong for Best Performer in a Play Award, Comer said: “I really want to do a musical.

“I’ve been saying this for ten years! But which musical, well, I really don’t know, but I really, really want to do one.”

The actress added: “Our Prima Facie producer James Bierman is the most exquisite producer so I’m going to keep him close by and maybe get him to conjure something up.”
