Listen to Carrie Hope Fletcher sing ‘Far Too Late’ from Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Cinderella

A brand new song has dropped from the upcoming cast recording of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Cinderella.

The new musical is due to open in London in June with the album set for release on 9 July.

Produced during lockdown, the record will feature both voices from the show’s upcoming cast as well as to-be-announced guest vocalists.

The new track just released is called Far Too Late and is performed by Carrie Hope Fletcher, who takes on the title role of Cinderella in the new musical.

You can download or stream the track here: https://Cinderella.lnk.to/FarTooLate – or via the video below.

Far Too Late was first teased to audiences last September with a performance by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Carrie Hope Fletcher in a stripped-back Her Majesty’s Theatre, home to Phantom of the Opera, in London.

You can pre-order the cast recording here on CD, download, Vinyl and signed CD ahead of its release later this year.

Teased as a new, modern spin on the all time classic fairytale, the show is scheduled to open in the West End at the Gillian Lynne Theatre on 25 June 2021.

The musical will feature music from Webber with lyrics by David Zippel and an original story and book by Emerald Fennell.

Alongside Fletcher, the cast of Cinderella features Victoria Hamilton-Barritt in the role of the Stepmother, Ivano Turco as Prince Sebastian, Rebecca Trehearn asthe Queen, Gloria Onitiri as the Godmother and Laura Baldwin and Georgina Castle as the Stepsisters.

Further casting includes Georgina Onuorah as Alternate Cinderella, Caleb Roberts as Prince Charming, Sam Robinson as Dorian, Giovanni Spano as Gawain and Vinny Coyle as Arthur.
