Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s Fleabag to return to cinemas this summer

Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s Fleabag is to return to cinemas with National Theatre Live this summer.

Written and performed by Phoebe Waller-Bridge and directed by Vicky Jones, Fleabag is a rip-roaring look at some sort of woman living her sort of life.

The live show provided the inspiration for the hit BBC TV series of the same name.

Following a box-office record-breaking run in cinemas in 2019, the one-woman show returns to the big screen from 15 June 2023. For venues and tickets, visit fleabag.ntlive.com.

Fleabag may seem oversexed, emotionally unfiltered and self-obsessed, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg. With family and friendships under strain and a guinea pig café struggling to keep afloat, Fleabag suddenly finds herself with nothing to lose.

Fleabag was first previewed at London’s Soho Theatre before its debut at Edinburgh Festival in 2013. In 2019 the production played London’s West End where it was captured on film.
