Watch epic Encanto medley performed by cast of 200 talented kids

A cast of more than 200 talented children have come together for an epic performance of songs from Disney’s Encanto.

The Oscar-winning animated film has been brought to life by members of film, TV and theatre training programme Stagebox.

Their young members, aged 7 to 18, had the chance to learn from industry creatives and film the piece at the old Granada Studios Manchester.

You can watch the medley, featuring the songs Family Madrigal, Waiting on a Miracle and We Don’t Talk About Bruno in the video below!

The 200 strong young cast is made up entirely of Stagebox’s members from across the world, who are part of the company with centres in London, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh.

The video is part of StageBox’s The Company Project which continues championing inclusivity and diversity showcasing the scope of talent at Stagebox and its community.

Stagebox is acclaimed by industry creatives and experts and their video covers attract millions of viewers – with the new cover video already receiving more than 300,000 views online.

It comes as the programme opens auditions for new members. For more information on membership or how to audition, visit the Stagebox website here.
