As Starlight Express gears up for a thrilling return to London, Andrew Lloyd Webber is already busy with new projects.

In an interview with The Telegraph, Andrew revealed that he has completed his next “big” show.

However, he’s keeping the subject and title tightly under wraps for now.

Webber has been collaborating with Tim Rice on songs for a play about Sherlock Holmes, but he’s keeping the details of his latest project under wraps for now.

But that could be a separate project entirely.

Last year, Andrew also talked about creating an immersive theatre production, hinting that his next venture might take a different path.

In related news, Webber has teamed up with Richard Stilgoe to write a new song called Hydrogen for Starlight Express.

The revamped show began previews this week at the Starlight Auditorium at Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre.
