Disney Theatrical celebrated a century of Disney with an epic appearance on the Royal Variety Performance.

The Royal Variety Performance 2023 took place at the illustrious Royal Albert Hall in London, graced by the presence of Their Royal Highnesses, The Prince and Princess of Wales and The Crown Princess and Prince Daniel of Sweden.

The event aired on TV on Sunday, 17 December on ITV1 and ITVX.

In a special segment, Disney Theatrical celebrated its 100th Anniversary with an incredible medley.

The unique collaboration will feature performances from the casts of acclaimed productions like Frozen, The Lion King, Aladdin, Hercules and Beauty & The Beast.

More stagey treats include a performance from new musical The Little Big Things, an uplifting and groundbreaking production based on a true story.

Additionally, the casts of Crazy For You and Sister Act, with vocal powerhouse Beverley Knight, are scheduled to perform. The audience can expect a thrilling performance from the Argentinian dance troupe Malevo and a magical act from Derren Brown’s West End show Unbelievable.

The lineup for the event also includes, pop rock band McFly will take the stage, along with Rick Astley, a favourite from Glastonbury, and pop sensation Zara Larsson. Paloma Faith is set to perform her latest single, and Hannah Waddingham will be joined by the ENO chorus for what’s sure to be a memorable performance.

Plus, world-renowned pianist Lang Lang will collaborate with fourteen-year-old Lucy, the extraordinary winner of Channel 4’s “The Piano.”

And Simon Cowell will introduce Britain’s Got Talent winner, comedian Viggo Venn, alongside world-class stand-up acts from Tom Allen, Rosie Jones, Ellie Taylor and Simon Brodkin.
