Listen to new song from Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Cinderella performed by Ivano Turco

A new song from Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Cinderella has been revealed, performed by Ivano Turco.

Ivano Turco will star in the new retelling of the classic story as Prince Sebastian, brother to Prince Charming.

The newcomer will make his West End debut in the role with performances due to begin at the Gillian Lynne Theatre in May 2021.

Before then you can listen to Turco performing a new number from the show, ‘Only You, Lonely You’, below…

The new musical will feature music from Webber with lyrics by David Zippel and an original story and book by Emerald Fennel.

Teased as a new, modern spin on the all time classic fairytale, Carrie Hope Fletcher was previously confirmed to play the title role with Victoria Hamilton-Barritt as the Stepmother.

Further casting is to be confirmed.

A first listen to Carrie Hope Fletcher singing ‘Bad Cinderella’ was revealed earlier this year.

Meanwhile, Laurence Connor will direct the production with choreography from JoAnn M Hunter. The pair reunite having previously worked together on Andrew Lloyd Webber’s stage adaptation of School Of Rock.

Ahead of the show’s premiere, you can pre-order the cast recording here on CD, download, Vinyl and signed CD ahead of its release in April.
