Little Voice Disney+ cast and release date

Apple TV+ has unveiled a first trailer from its new upcoming series Little Voice.

The show reunites Jessie Nelson and Sara Bareilles who previously worked together on hit stage musical Waitress.

Little Voice follows Bess King, a uniquely talented performer struggling to fulfill her dreams while navigating rejection, love, and complicated family issues.

Written by Nelson and featuring original music by Bareilles, Little Voice is a story about finding your authentic voice—and the courage to use it.

The series will premiere on the Apple TV+ streaming service on July 10, 2020.

A love letter to the diverse musicality of New York, Little Voice stars Brittany O’Grady, Sean Teale, Colton Ryan, Shalini Bathina, Kevin Valdez, Phillip Johnson Richardson and Chuck Cooper.

Further cast include Nadia Mohebban, Sam Lazarus, Mark Blane, Ned Eisenberg, Samrat Chakrabarti, Gopal Divan, Sakina Jaffrey and Emma Hong.

The show’s title song, written and performed by Bareilles, is available to download and stream now.
