Southwark Playhouse launches free online streaming service ‘Southwark Stayhouse’

Southwark Playhouse has launched a new online streaming platform to watch their shows.

Following the theatre shutdown, which has closed all venues across the UK, the Southwark Stayhouse is now open.

The online streaming service will share both full-length shows and extra exclusive video content from productions.

All shows are free to watch online on demand until the theatre reopens.

Currently streaming are:

– Wasted, a new rock musical about the Bronte siblings directed by Adam Lenson with music by Christopher Ash and book and lyrics by Carl Miller.

– Twelfth Night, a fun take on the Shakespeare classic set at a music festival, directed by Anna Girvan.

– Bound, by Jesse Briton, which follows the fortunes of six trawlermen from Devon as they embark on one final voyage.

– Philip Ridley’s The Beast Will Rise monologues

You can visit the Southwark Stayhouse online here.

More content will be released fortnightly.
