Here’s a first look at this weekend’s second episode of Mamma Mia! I Have a Dream.

The new TV talent show is on the search for two leading West End stars to feature as Sky and Sophie in Mamma Mia for its 25th anniversary in London next year.

This week’s episode is dedicated to the ladies, with the seven Sophies stealing the spotlight. As usual, judges Alan Carr, Jessie Ware, Samantha Barks, and Amber Riley will challenge the girls during their inaugural acting workshop, where they’ll re-enact a renowned scene from a classic film.

Mamma Mia! I Have a Dream continues Sunday at 18:15 on ITV1, STV and ITVX

Set against the breathtaking backdrops of Greece – the original setting of Mamma Mia! – 14 prodigious musical theatre aspirants will vie for the coveted roles of Sophie and Sky in the West End rendition of MAMMA MIA!

The effervescent Zoe Ball will guide viewers each week, as our potential Sophies and Skys face rigorous challenges. Four renowned judges – Alan Carr, Jessie Ware, Samantha Barks, and Amber Riley – will assess the contestants on a myriad of skills, from vocal prowess and dance moves to acting chops and on-screen rapport.

Judy Craymer, the mastermind and international producer behind MAMMA MIA!, will provide invaluable insights to assist the judges in their quest to uncover the next West End sensations. As the weeks roll by, the competition will intensify, leading up to a scintillating live finale in London’s West End, where two outstanding performers will claim the spotlight!
