West End stars to workshop new Tinker Bell musical

A workshop cast has been announced for an industry showcase of new musical Tinker Bell.

Inspired by the iconic character from JM Barrie, the new musical is written by TikTok stars and musical theatre writing duo Carey-Hills & Hendricks.

With sights set on London’s West End, the new British musical is to be showcased at The Other Palace with an industry presentation this weekend.

The workshop cast features Courtney Bowman as Tinker Bell, Alice Fearn as Queen Tarivanya, Carl Man as Otorno, Chloe Hart as Tailor Bell, Laura Baldwin as Tana Bell, Gavin Alex as Father, Beth Hinton-Lever as Gossamer , Nathaniel Morrison as Smythe, Mervin Noronha as Feond, Julian Brett as Juniper and Malachi Ayantuga as Boy with The West End Gospel Choir.

Fleeing Neverland, Tinker Bell and her friends find refuge in London’s Kensington Gardens alongside a group of fairies as alike as they are different. As outcasts so far from home, they must face the challenges of a new world and use their collective strength to overcome adversity.

Set during the scientific revolution of Victorian England, our heroes must take control of the situation before they are discovered, and their way of life destroyed forever.

This groundbreaking new musical sets out to change hearts and minds in a moving reflection of the modern day, presented in a fairytale Victorian world of magic and wonder.

Ryan Carey-Hills and Lauren Hendricks write the book, music and lyrics. Produced by RED Entertainment, direction comes from Lisa Miller.

The show was previously workshopped in London in 2021.
