The duo rose to fame through their participation in the television series, where they competed with other aspiring theatre stars. They underwent a rigorous process of workshops, masterclasses, and performances, guided by the musical’s legendary choreographer Anthony Van Laast and musical maestro Martin Lowe.

The show’s judges, including Alan Carr, Jessie Ware, Amber Riley, and Samantha Barks, with mentor Judy Craymer, creator and global producer of Mamma Mia!, narrowed the competition down to the final four. The final decision, however, was left to the British public, who voted in the live finale hosted by Zoe Ball at The Novello Theatre.
